the ideal person would be someone with excellent php/mysql/javascript skills (codeigniter user with html/css skill can be a boost), patient with non-programmer, responsive/always return calls or messages, highly responsible and always finish what he started with quick turnaround delivery.
the job is simple: go to worldvision.or.id, i’ll redesign the site, you build the cms for it. see detailed job specs in the attachment. my budget is no more than US$300.
