I am in need of a completely fresh site, design, graphics, seo, etc
This is going to be used for buying and selling of virtual video game accounts, basically people will be able to go to my site, and fill out a form to sell their account to me, and I will have tons of accounts for sale, users can go to the site, search, get more details on the specific accounts, and purchase them via credit card / paypal integration.
I figured some form of Jooomla would work best for this, and keep the costs lower.

Being at the top of google or having google sponsered ads is very important, that is how I am going to get all my traffic.
