Need A List Of Forex Forums That Allow Links In The Threads

I have already posted this project earlier and selected one guy but he is not responding. So I am posting the project again.

I need a list of forex forums THAT ALLOW LINKS in their threads or comments. I would like to promote my blog by posting messages to those forums. The forums should be on forex trading they should allow links in their threads or comments. Max. bid is $20.
