Hi,
I require an experienced Seo/Press Release/Articles expert with a proven track record of results to increase website traffic, page rank and offer proven services in Link building including Press release writing, Article Writing, Article Submissions, Social Bookmarking, Press Release Submissions, Forum Posting, Directory Submissions, Opt-in page creation, and also Guaranteed One Way Links achieving the Top 10 rankings on Google/Yahoo/Bing. I also need 500 Back-links for a membership website. Links must be on traffic related forums and sites. All submissions must be verified before publishing.
The work must be done within all of the above search engines guidelines.
Write a new website Press release for me and can submit these PRs to at least 100 PR distribution sites.
-Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
-The page our link is placed on must be PR5+, not just the site’s main page
-There is to be no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
– Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days
– Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink
– No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
– Link page should be only from English language sites
– Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
– Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
– Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
– No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
– Must be high ranking sites verified by Alexa
– No sites banned by Google.
– Must be manually submitted.
– No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups
– Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
– No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
– Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don’t place all links at once e.g. 6 to 8 per day/250 per month
– Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID’s etc.)
– No blacklisted or spam sites.
– You must also provide me with a list of the top ranked PR5+ links which I will verify. List to be emailed to me in excel format for my approval before starting
-All links must be PERMANENT & LEGIT.
Please bid & post me about what you can provide and your draft plan in this project. The links and keywords of sites you have worked with before would be highly appreciated.
I only pay through scriptlance escrow & the project will be on a Pay-for-Result-basis. I will escrow 50% of the project price agreed with the bidder. The remaining 50% of payment will be released when TOP-10 results are achieved and remain on TOP for Google/Yahoo/Bing at least 1 week.
