I have a client using osCommerce with FEDEX dimensional shipping. What is happening is that certain combinations of packages seem to trigger a “too big a package” error, stopping the order from going thru. We know there must be something going on, but FEDEX needs xml output or taGGED transaction and we don’t even know how to do that, so we need someone to find this failed transaction OR fix the problem. www.ridgebirdfeeders.com is the website and if you order the style A 20 qt feeder and platform feeder, you’ll notice it throws the error (do a test order if you want)
