I have a psd that I need converted to XHTML/CSS.
Its width is about 1300 px.
But, I don’t want a horizontal scrollbar when a user of 1024px views it. So make psd small accordingly.
Budget: $250
This is an urgent project and needs to be completed before Christmas.
