(1) PDF creation – populate information in two PDF forms stored on hosting using existing DB data.
(2) Create five more user input forms. The information here will be stored in the database. This information will then need to be populate informaton in 5 more existing PDF forms using PHP upon user submission
(3) These pdfs should be stored and ready for print by the user. If the user needs to modify some information in the profile or other input forms, then the PDFs should also be modified.
