The Designer should be used to providing HIGH QUALITY DESIGNS, with eye-catching Graphics, Layouts, Colours etc.
I have many sites to be developed when i find the right designer to work with me, sadly i have tried working with others who just wasted my time, many projects will be advertised and made available for the correct designer to have first refusal on future bidding.

8-10 Page HTML Website Design with a Nice Design, Layout, Navigation, the Design should be unique, no junk off the shelf templates.
Would even be NICE to see a little FLASH used on the designs to make them stand out more.
BUDGET: $40.00 PER SITE (many sites available after test site)
TIMEFRAME: Should be accepted and completed today
