I have a multi-step form needed for a website. It involves the registration for an account with full details (standard info like name, address, phone, and other details, etc…), then login with user name and password to access account. The forms require the option of payement online via PAYPAL for service purchase, in real time. Once the person has completed the registration step and the option to upload a file or files, the information will be stored in a database, and the uploaded file will be accessable by admin. The stored info will enable us to communicate with the user via online email. Use of Email Autoresponders for the steps of registration and editing or changing profile information. Registration allows the user to make future purchases of service without having to fill in all the contact details again.
Very easy. Some of the fields contain some programming already from previous forms within our site, so we used copy and paste to illustrate the fields we require. The multi-step forms are clear to understand and view. There is no need for you to redesign, simply program fileds and steps required. This is a job likely to be completed within a day.
