I am looking for some with good Flash background who can do the following animation.
1) I have a map (south east asia only) purchased from istockphoto the map consists of dots. I need you to modify the map so it look like a globe – rounded.
2) I need you to place blinking dots on the south east asian countries – around 13 countries which include:
1) Philippines
2) Taiwan
3) Singapore
4) Malaysia
5) Indonesia
6) Japan
7) Australia
8) New Zealand
9) Korea
10) India
11) China
12) Thailand
13) Vietnam
3)When mouse over each country a few dots should change color based on the country – should also have text ‘Click to contact country office’
4)Clicking on the country will activate a pop-up in flash/form (HTML) with Name, Country, Contact No, Enquiry (submit button). With a ‘x’ at the top right hand corner to close the contact form.
All enquiries will be sent to the same address.
