I need someone who can animate a vector in flash. I have a vector that should open her mouth and speech bubbles need to come out (not speech bubbles more like water bubbles) with social media icons in them. The vector should link to a url. Also out of the laptop needs to come bubbles with Social media icons in them. Those bubbles need to blend together at a certain height. Here’s the example vector
