I have an online survey that was recently created using PHP/JQuery/MSSQL. I have a couple of quick additions I need made to the survey.
The survey has 5 possible responses for each question. Currently, if the end-user answers with a 1-4 a “Comments” box pops up for them to enter comments. I also need it to display another question upon popping up the comments box.
Also, it’s not recording to the DB right now. It was until I made a few minor edits to the text, so I obviously am missing a semicolon or something small like that.
This is a very very quick project. I need it done right-away. I also need you available via instant messenger during the project. Please only bid your best quote if you can work begin working on this immediately and have it completed within the next hour or so.
