I am in need of an FTP alternative that is safe and secure.
Basically, we are currently using the standard FTP to upload and share files, but we need something that is more reliable, easy to use and allow me to better organize the files.
It will need to allow large files to be uploaded and it must be fully web based. It must also be secure and can run through an SSL.
PHP and Ajax is preferred and we will soon have an MySQL database available if needed.
A file upload progress bar is also preferred.
Please provide me with 3 quotes:
(Quote #1) With only an administrator account and the visitors do not have to login to access the files.
(Quote #2) With an administrator account and all users will need to register and sign in to access the files. There should also be a “forgot password” link for the users.

Also, the ability for the user to select which file group that they would like to have access to during the registration process.
Also, all of the coding must be clear and you must not link back to yourself or any other 3rd party software, website or script.
Lastly, you must be able to show me the working program on your server. At that point, I will release half of the escrow and the rest will be released once the files are delivered.
