you post 100 links on .edu .gov sites, and 400 on relevant forum/blogs content pages that accept anchor text & backlink.

I need an xls report every 3 days.
50 links +/- 10% in the report every 3 days. All links must pass an online reciprocal link checker tool.
Every 3 days, I will run ALL the cumulative links in your xls using the online tool. At the end of 30 days, you will be paid for the links that are active.
