We are in need of a technical writers to create generic proposal templates/plans such as; Risk Managment Plan, IT Security Plan, Safety Plan, Project Management Plan, Program Management Plan, Organizational Conflict of Interest Mitigation Plan, Subcontracting Plan, Small Business Utilization Plan, Staffing Plan and Transition Plan/Phase-in Plan. All writing must be extensively researched in order to implement industry “Best Practices” and all writing will be required to pass 100% Copyscape once completed. It is estimated that each product will be 5-15 pages in lenght and graphics are encouraged.
