URGENT URGENT
I have a VA one-off type job. I need a place to move to, in Sydney (Australia)’s Eastern Suburbs. The requirement is
A) It must be near the beach, within 1km (if not sure about distance please email the property leaser and ask, mostly however, google maps will be on the site).
B) that the place be either 2, 3 or 4 bedroom, and total cost of the rental property must not be more than the following:

I will provide an email account (gmail) from which enquiry emails has to be sent. The properties can be found using the following sites:

I will pay AUD$1.50 for each application sent. Proof of enquiry sent is required by setting up a spreadsheet with a link to each property enquired about and, in another column, the method of enquiry (so if you emailed them, write ’email’, if so it ). I will provide this spreadsheet.
The ideal candidate for this will operate in roughly Australian time (or not too far behind, a couple of hours is OK) with proficient English and an attention to detail.
