Need a competent programmer in php smarty to make changes to a web site.
These changes include adding a function to the admin that will identify each participating “place” so that they can receive their “order” via web services. You will also need to know how to use web services to send data.
Please do not bid if you are not experienced or thoroughly competent and versed in smarty php and web services. I do not need someone to waste my time.
