I need a professional flash designer to design a clean and fluid intro for a site.
The intro is basically a logo with flags going around it in a clockwise direction.
2 of the flags will be static and the others will be passing under them at the bottom of the intro.
The Logo and Flags will be provide along with a drawing.
Please bid only if you can do this in a timely manner.
Payment will be by SL escrow and will be released only after the work is 100% completed and tested.
