Hello my website is spadehost.com and I need WHMCS template to match the look and feel of my website

I need the header and footer to be the same as this site http://www.spadehost.com and also have the nav menu on the right removed
I have attached all the index.html and style.css files from my website and also the header.tpl and footer.tpl and style.css for WHMCS, these are the files I need edited.
This should be a very simple project for the right person
