Activity Board is a simple system that helps groups or teams track activities that are relevant to the whole organization. It can be used by consultants or user support teams to checklist activities for the day and also indicates the lead/responsible persons. It’s a very handy tool for small organizations that
do not have a calendar sharing system/software like Microsoft Exchange et al.
