Ticketing Process
The ticketing system can be added on any post or page via this simple shortcode

After that, the ticketing system will appear on that page. Visitors will be able to submit their tickets via a cool tinymce interface and select the privacy of the ticket – public or private. After the ticket is submitted, an user is automatically created for the submitter, and if it is private – only the admin and submitter will be able to see it / reply or if it public, every visitor will be able to see / reply to it, just like a forum.
