Project description:
This component is phoca download that I like because it has play and preview features but I need following to be done.
Since this is third time I am posting this project and programmers are canceling I am requiring that you prove one feature below that you can do before I can award project. (either by installing it on site or to explain how you can do this) ANY BID WITH OUT PROOF WILL BE IGNORED.

1.Rokdownload feature has automatically to pick files from folder you specify now I need that feature in this phoca download component. (creates automatically categories, subcategories and so on)

one problem I have is being able to publish files I have in rokdownload because I have more than 30000 files and it just does not work because I do not have enough memory to work with or mysql and this file can be configured to work faster and easier.

(so I will need to be able to speed up this process)

2. Need to have auto play or preview option of files I want like you can see I have added play/preview feature on “JPG and PDF” files but this is done manually in administrator panel of this component. (so I check types of files in admin panel that will be automatically played/previewed on front end)

3. Also need to have an option to auto preview files as part of file for example:

need to be able to preview video and audio file so I can specify part of audio or video file lets say if file is 30 minutes long I want to be able to show 2 minutes starting at 23rd minute to 25th minute of file. (this feature will be manually checked for each file or even better if is possible to have it automatically done to create preview file that would be great)

4. Need to have an option that users can play and previews files but can not download for example all “guest” users can preview files and only “author or registered” which ever I choose can actually download.

Need to have feature so I can block group of users and to be able to adjust individual user:

limit download speed to group of users and to be able to adjust individual user,

limit quantity of files user can download from folder per day,(need to be able to give limit at least to three different folders/categories-but same folders will have subfolders..)
Limit total quantity of files that user can download.

Able to auto block users if account is accessed from two locations at same time.

Joomla. Css Module Adjustment.
I have a Joomla based web site (see it on my development server at www.mindteq.com/ts).
I want to add the Gavick Tabs Manager GK2 module (www.gavick.com, http://tools.gavick.com/demo/tabamanager-gk2).
I did installed it following their instructions but it seems there are some CSS problems as it is not displayed correctly.

Jomsocial Groups – Easy Task

Also 3 issues that use to work are not working. They are:

Php/joomla Expert Needed
customization of joomla site needed.

I have pages that are created using the address book module that is customized but I am not able to edit the css, meta data, or add any other content on the pages that are dynamically created. except for what is defined by the form to add the information. This will require php coding. If you actually read this description then please respond with the word information architecture. This should be very simple and I hope to hear from someone that can actually do this. No template messages please. I don’t care about all the services you can do or the other template sites you have done, I want to hear that you have actually customized some joomla modules and you understand my issue and you can resolve. Email Form
I need a web form for my aweber auto-responder. The problem with aweber forms is that they are so large I need to delete the footer and header to get them to fit in my thesis them blog sidebar and I can’t center the word to appear how I would like.
