Create Form In Ms Word
I need someone to create a form template in MS Word so that it can be accessed via a link or downloaded and can be completed either on screen or printed off and completed by hand.

The form will collect contact details and listing details for a property.

You must be able to create this form with the correct fields, text boxes, radio buttons etc in the correct place and laid out professionally.

All field labels, texts and options will be given to you.

Depending on the layout this form should be able to fit on 2 A4 pages maximum. Ideally it will fit on 1 A4 page but until you start to layout the fields we wont really know.
