I require a Web / Graphic designer that specializes in Flash, PHP and basic SEO, to design and execute a clean, eye-catching designed website for a commercial interior design fit-out company. The site needs to be user friendly and will only incorporate 3-4 pages including portfolio photography, services and contact details. Our clients will generally have access to broadband therefore the front page design can be quite complex including high resolution photography of fit-outs completed (which will be
provided) if the website does not immediately load images when accessed, a timer will need to be incorporated. I have been researching templates and liked the simplicity yet attention-grabbing effectiveness of this template:

The SEO that I would like is basic use of meta tags and page headings to enusre that the websites description is correctly displayed when indexed and googled. The seo part is a 5 min change for the savvy website designer.

I would like this project completed, uploaded and tested in 30 days with the following penalties for being late. If more than 2 weeks late 25% off the fee if more than 4 weeks late 50% off the fee if more than 6 weeks late the project will be cancelled and no payment will be released. Payment will be held in escrow and nothing will be released until project is 100% complete uploaded tested and working.

Finally in order to filter out auto bids include the word “Kerrie” in your reply or your bid will be ignored.

New Registration Moderation 2
Hi: The issue of spam has gotten us into trouble and so we are looking to add “New Registration Moderation” plugin for our site running WordPress MU (latest version) and Buddypress (latest version).

The idea is very simply:

(1) anyone can register, including upload their avatar just as it is right now.
(2) Their registration will remain in a place where only Admin can see, after receiving an alert.
(3) Admin clicks a button to authorize the legitimate registrants and may send the IP address of unwanted into a pool of BAN.

We saw a few plugins that sought to address that, including a buddypress version (http://webdevstudios.com/support/wordpress-plugins/buddypress-registration-options/), but all of them are old, substandard and not working.

We’d like to pay for your development time to improve that plugin or create a new one, if your cost is reasonable. Would you please help? Please contact us.

Manual Review Collector (wp)
Hello. I own a WordPress-site that already have a fantastic theme. However, there’s something I want to add to my website. That “something” is a game review collector.

To make this project so cheap and simple as possible I’ve decided that I will search after reviews on my own and manually put in reviews in my site. In addition to this, I can show you each site I’ve collected ideas from. This will help the programmer (who will take on this project) because many things are collected from other sites. As you see, I’ve attached two pictures. Of course, this pictures doesn’t represent how the actual site will be but the pictures represent 90% of how I want the site too look as. It is very important that the site look symmetric and that the colours match (to change color is not hard, by the way). Actually, things such as size/form must be changed so I do not violate the copyright holders right (just change things slightly – very slinghtly, to avoid the risk of violating copyright).

A) The first picture is called “The review form”. I have already explanied in the pictures what the different thing is going to represent. However, I need to clarify one thing. Firstly, If you look at number 5 (inside the picture) you will see a text, this text must be ready to edit before the project is done. The same thing with number 6,7 etc.

B) Picture is called “Inside the table”. All these thousands of reviews I will manually collect will also be manually inputed in the table by me to make this project cheap and simple, as said before.

Not so hard to understand that this is the table where you can find all reviews for the relevant plattform (for example, PS3 should have one table with it’s game, Wii should have one table with it’s games etc.). If I want to add one column, remove one row, rename one etc. it must be possible.

As you can see, the game points must always be up to date, for ex. if the point is one day “90”, and next day the game only has “70” (which could happen if more reviews is added) then this should be reflected in the table.

More info about the yellow button (“number 7” which can be found in “The review form”-picture). Whe people press the yellow button, a new web window alternatively tab/flap will open. I will define which site the yellow button will redirect the reader to (depending on game, the sites will be different).

I look forward to find a great programmer who is willing to do this job. The programmer can finish the time any way she/he wants as long it is faster than three weeks.

Easy Wp-blog Design
I need someone to customize my blog for me. This should be a very easy job since all I need you to do is add a custom header and background image to my theme. (Header image should include topic related visuals as well as a logo in color)

WordPress Expert – Fast Job
I’m looking for a wordpress expert today who can help me fix a couple of bugs in my custom theme.

1. My line breaks aren’t working correctly, I got them to work in posts but not pages.

2. Images aren’t appearing in pages or posts. When I try to insert an image I just get whitespace.

These two issues only happen with this theme so it’s a stylesheet issue. And probably a 5 minute fix for someone.

WordPress Data Manipulation

Image Uploader For WordPress
I am looking for a ‘plugin’ I guess of somesort that would allow visitors to upload a picture to my wordpress website.

The uploader would show the original pic as found on the users computer, then allow for the user to move the picture to be resized and show only the area of the picture specified in the ‘target area’ (ex. target area could be 150X550px)

Also would need a couple simple ‘details to be added for the ‘post’ like name, City, Country and Age.(I’m not sure if this would need to be added through the image uploader/cropper or can be done through another area in WP??)

The uploader/cropper would need to then allow the visitor to upload the picture to the wordpress website as a post after entering email etc.

This should be simple for someone who knows their flash stuff well!
