Iframe Website Template
I am working on revamping our company website, and I need a template that will have a STATIC menu and a DYNAMIC content area.
The STATIC menu must never reload with the page, and the content area must be the only section of the page that loads based on what you click on the menu.
It must look exactly like the site I created here: remeyewear.com/beta/home.html … I think the best solution for this is a working iFrame design or maybe something that is CSS powered. I will provide all the flash work with the menu and the content.
Part of the site is database driven, which is our item catalog.
I just need someone to create the iFrame template or a template that will enable me to have a FIXED , Static menu and a Dynamic content area that is presentable and stylish.
Newsletter Project
I want to start a newsleter business. It will have both online and print version. I need someone who can provide content of about 8 pages and design a web site where it will be uploaded. The print version will be a repilca of the online version. I will assist sometimes with content and solicit advertisments for the newsletter.
So basically I need someone to design an e-commerce web site, supply the academic writting, article writting, children writting, copy writting, creative writting, e-books and blogs, editing and proofreading, ghost writing, newsletter articles, press releases, sales letter and web content. The agent will upload it to my publisher web portal for printing and periodically maintain the web version monthly. I have the web site currently running even though not developed yet. The publisher has been secured just waiting to upload the contents.
Project Type: What kind of work do you need done?
Writing (Includes website content writing, proposals and technical writing.)
Legal: 1) Quality of writing: All English writing-related deliverables MUST be of grammatical, structural and logical quality commensurate with written English in a professional journal (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer). If you are a non-native English speaker you are HIGHLY CAUTIONED AGAINST bidding, unless you are 100% certain that you can provide this level of writing.
2) Writing Copyright: All deliverables MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full and complete copyrights to (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer).
2a) You may not quote material from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must surround that material with quotes and cite the source with enough detail so it can be verified.
2b) You may not paraphrase from other sources unless the buyer explicitly gives you permission to do so. If they do, you must follow generally accepted standards for paraphrasing. Merely rearranging words and phrases from another source is considered plagiarism and is illegal. To correctly paraphrase, you should read the original and then close the book/source so you cannot see it and then write the entire material from scratch using your own words. (Note: Paraphrasing is legal by U.S. law when the work is considered “Fair Use”…which generally means it will NOT be used commercially and ONLY for educational purposes. On the other hand, if you may know or suspect the work may not be “Fair Use”, please inform or consult with Rent a Coder.)
2c) If you infringe any copyright you will forfeit all escrowed funds under the terms of “fraud” in your contract and may have your account suspended. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT, unless you fully understand United States copyright law and it’s ramifications to you.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller’s Seller Legal Agreement.

Web Landing Page
I need a website with 1 page.
I need a landing page created. The landing page will have a video on the left side, and an optin form for an auto-responder on the right side.
I need a very basic design border to add some effects. The optin form should have a design pattern around it with arrows pointing to the form.

We are looking for a company to design a fully functional Poker website. We want to have 100% control of the site (not an affiliate of another site). The site should include unlimited tables, up to 10 players per table, unlimited tourneys with unlimited number of tables in the tourney. Players should be able to play as a guest or have an account that they sign into. There should be both pay and free play available on the site.
The program should include admin features including security features protecting customer information, features for players to add money and withdrawl money securely, features to detect and stop cheating, admin should be able to add to or subtract from account balances, freeze and close accounts. Admin features should also include the ability to set table features and limits.
There should be history features storing every move for lifetime. This information should be accesibly searched by player, game, table, tourney.
Players should be able to create private tables or private tourneys in which they can see which players have signed up or are currently playing in their table or tourney. They can add or delete players as they wish. The system should be able to charge a fee for setting up a private table or tourney.
There should be an affilate or referral program available. If other sites refer a new player to our site they can get a percentage of the profits from that customer. So there should be a tracking system in place to know who should receive these commissions. Furthermore these commissions should be automatically paid out the 1st of each month for the previous month.
We must have full rights to the program and be able to install it on more than one domain name.
A lot of our work is running games and tourneys for fundraising purposes. So due to our charitible work we are looking for a company that can offer a high quality product with a decent price.

Need somebody to install a new skin on vbulletin and coppermine gallery. This person must create a bridge between VB and Coppermine.
The vbulletin forum is currently live and cannot be disturbed as there are members online right now. I have a header and wallpaper that is in PSD format so the programmer must know Photoshop.
The job is:
Install and setup a theme for vbulletin (no design or creation required)
Install and setup the same theme for coppermine (no design or creation required)
