I need a new website created for a customer.

Need something like this website. But then for customers who are in need for a photographer, and that the photographer can get leads.

The details for as far I can see now are:

Information from the customer who need photo service.

Name, address etc.

E-mail address with verification check true e-mail.
Needs to pay for special extras like here. (for example if there is
a fast need for a photo session.)
Needs to be simple to place your hire add in the system.

Needs to be able to pay something true paypal.

For the photographer i need:

Payment system for leads. (He pays a amount for like 10 leads)
All his information like sample pictures and contact information needs to be in the system.
No direct contact between the customer and the photographer untill the photographer has paid for the lead.

This is just a basic idea.

If you have experience then tell what you can offer. The customer like to have investors as well. So if you can invest in this it will be a plus. Be short in your response. No long copy paste story.
No high bids above budget. I trow them away without looking in to it.

The intent of this site is to match consumers who are looking for contractors for home remodeling or home repair projects. Consumers register free, contractors are charged a monthly fee for unlimited leads. The site is almost complete. I am looking for a better website design – it should be clean attractive and easy to navigate.
Site should use a picture of a street billboard to display rotating pictures and a welcome statement to visitors explaining the benefits of the site.

The entire site should be SEF with modrewrite for friendly URLs.

The biggest issues with this site is the header image, the SEF URLs, the blogging, want to be able to setup custom free membership programs, the payment and invoicing modules for reoccurring invoicing; willing to use paypal manually for now and eventually upgrade as the membership increases. There are other very minor issues that can be discussed later.

I will make available the admin password for you to take a further look into the rest of the site if you meet the below request. I will also provide you with a list of all the items that I know need attention.

Simple task.
My website has header sections that properly float towards the center of the page when the browser window is expanded beyond the size of the page. However, the main body section floats left and does not align under header when the browser window is expanded. Need to fix on templates and pages.

This can probably be done sitewide modifying the css style sheet.

The site is www.amcofusa.com The index.html page is a good example.

There are 30 pages and 5 templates, but I expect the fix is a few minutes on the style sheet for most pages.
