Redesign One Page Site

I have a one page site that displays arrest photos (see pmb for site). It currently pulls random images from a directory that is named for the day (/20100427).. so as the day changes it pulls from the new directory. A seperate script pulls the pictures from another site and puts them in the correct directory so you don’t have to worry about that. I would like the site redesigned to make it look better, show more pictures and have the ability for people to change the day they are looking at. I have done a basic mock up and it is attached.

Website Design For Main Page

I have a new Safe List site that can be seen at www.safelistgeek.com

The entire site is complete except for the main page. It wish to have the main section (section displayed in white) redesigned while still having text that the search engines can read.

I can give you the existing index.html file and you need to design something attractive to get the visitors interested in joining the site. The design can be any length but it is limited to about 600 pixels wide.

Edirectory Theme Design

I’m looking for a designer to create a full theme to be used with eDirectory 7. The theme should be for a web site that is to be listing mainly restaurants, bars, clubs, but also cinemas, theaters, etc.
The design should look modern, should be original and professional looking. The images of the header as well as the individual listing should be made for the corresponding site’s name.
The name of the site should be TimeOut.BG (with some very simple symbol infront like a logo).

I will expect some mockup to be presented before a designer is chosen. Once chosen the money will be transferred to an escrow account, when the designer is supposed to send the ready theme for eDirectory (could be with water marks) for testing purposes. Once the theme is approved we will expect to get the theme without water marks, as well as the source PSD file.

All copyright of the design should be owned by us and the designer should provide us with a scanned declaration that we own the theme and that he/she hasn’t used any materials that are illegally used.

I would like all the features included both for users and admin and would also like to add some additional features.
The code must be commented and neatly written out so that another programmer can easily make changes after the project is complete if required.
Additional Features to include are:
• Ability for artists to sell Song’s as well as beats.
• Alternative commission option, where the artist or producer can sign up for free but split commission with the website owner. This % needs to be customizable via the admin panel.
• There should be security built where users cannot sign up multiple times with the same email address or the same PayPal email address.

This project needs to be complete in 30 days with a penalty of 25% if more than 2 weeks over due 50% if more than 4 weeks and no payment if more than 6 weeks over due.
