Clothing And Apparel E-shop
Hi there,
We are seeking a well established company with HUGE expertise in CMS online shops, to build an online ecommerce shop to sell Women clothing and women apparel.
We repeat, “we are only seeking really expert companies in Online ecommerce shops with proven trackrecord for other similar projects”
If any non established (non high ranked or with powerfull related onlineshops portfolio) scriptlance programmer bids for this project, he will be ignored. Please only serious bidders.
Here are the guidelines for this project.
A) This will be an online ecommerce shop to sell women clothing and women apparel (We dont want multiple, several content itens categories scripts)
B) The online shop CMS can be based on any free ecommerce cart script (such as oscommerce, or any other better Ecommerce shop paid script)- You will need to present us the best online-shop script solution, either a free opensource CMS or paid CMS.
c) Since it is a Womens clothing and apparel online store, we need not only an online shot script with a powerfull admin backoffice, BUT ALSO we need a GOOD looking and APPELATIVE (eye catchy) design.
D) A good layout frontend that we are looking for is similar/cloning this site: http://www.axparis.co.uk
We want a frontend, interface and usability with the same guidelines seen at http://www.axparis.co.uk
E) The online shop CMS BACKOFFICE must have all the normal specs that are needed to manage a online store (stocks control, inserting new pricings/itens/photos, sales control, aproving sales, “under dispacthement” control, manual sending newsletters to all the registered members, etc,etc).
A good backoffice CMS guideline would be oscommerce pro version or other. (again, we need a professional paid or opensource CMS (such as oscommerce or not) to administer all the online store normal activity.
e.1) No need to say that the script must present onn the front end the availability of each item.
e.2) Also because it is a womens clothing ecommerce site, you need to pay attention to the fact that each item (clothing category only) has three (3) different sizes (small, medium, large) and the CMS must control the stocks for each item vs different 3 sizes. (eg: One dress might be available in only on small size, but not on medium/large sizes).
F) We need the aditional custom features:
f.1) Other photos of the item (besides the first photo), should be shown in AJAX lightbox in order to not force customer to go to other url, in order to check more photos about that item.
f.2) “This item looks good with this” feature.
There should be the possibility to add, next to each item on sale on the catalog, another item photo that is “our suggestion of another item that goes well with this one…”. This should be able to be done, from within the admin backoffice by selecting/tab another item that is inserted and available(in stock) inside the itens database.
f.3) VIRAL marketing – “Invite or import friends and GET $ on your friends first purchase”
We need a way to manually refer friends(adding manually email) + automatically import email address books from several email providers (if possible even IM MSN) (such as openinviter script or other).
With each refered member, the invitee will receive $ on his account, upon first purchase made/confirmed payment by the invited.
The $ should be only credited into the one that invites, if the invited registered and made a really confirmed(confirmed/dispatched status) purchase. The ammount of $ to be given will be dinamically set in the admin backoffice of the onlineshop.
G) The frontend end must have SEO Urls enabled(rewrite rules or any that allow search engines to properly index every single item in the database)
H) SOCIAL bookmarking – Inside each item description/photo page, there should be a way to add that link to social bookmarks,
Spurl , Digg , Del.icio.us , Blinklist , Furl ,Y!MyWeb, etc….
I)On right top of the site, on every page(header of the site) there must Email Me about news (newsletter feature) Or Follow Us Elsewhere TWITTEr link, BLOG link, Facebook link and RSS feeds link (for customers to be able to get RSS fees about latest products added)
J) Facebook connect- Ability for any user, without registering, to be able to login with Facebook Openid login feature, in order to grab automatically facbook friends,etc. Facebook Connect feature…
K) Payment gateways:
Site must be able to accept:
k.1)PAYPAL (credit card) payments and (PLUS)
k.2)ATM payments.
ATM payment details implementation and explanation manual are attached to this project request.(Comprafacil_ATM_11249_Tech_Manual_Implementation.pdf)
k.3) SWIFT/Bank transfer payment – Whereas customer will be able to purchase an item by paying offline with any bank transfer.
L) No need to say that accordingly to the DELIVERED address COUNTRY, different costs/transportaion fees might apply, so CMS must have this standard.
SEVERAL EXTRA notes:
1) Regarding what was explained on d) we want a design, usability much similar to this website http://www.axparis.co.uk
We do attach an excel file with an example (Sheet 1) of attached excel sheet.
2) The type of layout/colours/photos/background that can be used as samples (just samples) are on Sheet2, Sheet3, Sheet4 of the attached excel file.
We think that you have an almost detailed review about what we need, of course that minimal adjustments might needed to be made accordingly to the evolution/development of the project, but basically the main features are detailed.
