I’m attaching an ERD of the application that I need to write in PHP with MySQL. In fact this application should let an internal user (inside of a company) to generate a dynamic web-based form which would be available for outsiders (customers of company) to select a form and file the information. We are supposing that that both type of the users are registered in the system and they have valid username and user Id. But we don;t want to implement this part of logic. This aplication should have the following functions:

1- Create a new form, Edit or Delete and existing one. Each form may hav different pages and in each page there are many questions (items) to answer. The answeres maybe a text, checkbox, checkbox along with a text, a file attachment and so forth
2- User can select an existing form from a dropdown list and fill the answers for each questions in different pages.

Project details:
– Need a script that will take a local placed file and upload it to 5 different file hosting sites (I will give you links to those sites), it will then return with the download link for the files placed on those 5 sites.
– Think we need a way to hide or change the IP address of the server, incase they deside to delete all files uploaded from the upload server (IP). Don’t think it will be needed from start, not sure though, suggestions welcome.

I need a desktop application that will be similar to ChatRoulette.com

It needs to be peer-to-peer between the users.

I have a server so you can use PHP/MySQL to store information there if needed.

The report system would work like this : If someone (an ID or IP Adress) has 5 reports in a 5 minutes time span, he will be banned for 1 hour.

I also need to be able to put some people moderator, and they would be able to click a “Ban” button to ban someone (His IP adress) for 24 hours.
Perhaps for example, on my website i could have a program where I put each external IP of the moderators, and when these people connect on the application, they will be mods and be able to click “Ban” (or F10), when going through webcam, pressing next or F9 etc.

Then the things I see for programming are the “Cam required” thing, when people check this, they will only match people with a webcam.

Except this, the rest should be similar to Chatroulette.com

Technologies used could be :

desktop application – .NET Framework 3.5, C# or C++ language, ORM,WCF etc.
server application – LAMP (linux+apache+mysql+php)
Or windows, whatever works.

I want to be able to log into my account and then be a ble to create webpages using something like FCKeditor – WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Each webpage will have a randomly given name eg – www.abcd.com/page135yfjh7666kjy
not something simple such as www.abcd.com/page01
because someone who is a bit clever will be able to see all my pages by simply replacing page01 with page02.

As you can see this is a video overlay code.The problem with it is that only works with this embed code,wich means i have to change everytime the youtube link on the code(because it does not work with the original one).If i try to put there the original code the hide link doesnt show up and people can’t close the advertisement window.What i need is somebody who modificates this code that i can put there any kind of html code(iframe,javascript….)and the hide link still shows up.If You have already a working code like this i will accept that.

I have a custom made shopping cart that is live now. I need an experienced PHP & MSQL programmer to add some options for me. Simply what I need is at order time to create a new account take the shipping and cc info save the info so returning customers can just login and one click checkout. Customers will then taken to checkout to process their payments using PayPal Web Payments Pro or PayPal Express or Google checkout. The code for this part is already being writing so you will just have to interface with it. On the back end customers can review what they ordered and check shipping status and a few other things. I am easy to work with but I can’t take delays. I need this done now and If you cannot work on this project now don’t bid please. Only experienced programmers will be considered. This will be an on going project as we have many other mod’s to make. This project is urgent so of you can’t work on and produce right away please to not bid.
