There are a vBulletin forum with 4800 members and it’s load slow but it use only 1/4 of a Quad core CPU.

VB_SEO is active and is necessary.
MemCache is Active.

I want to upgrade vB from 3.8 to the last version.
I also want to speed up the template of the forum and optimize the Database, is very big.

Note; 4 day ago this forum has ben hacked on old server, so i need to optimize security of the forum and template.

Membership based email program Improved. Up and running membership based bulk email program that needs some work to improve the program.

The following is a list of things that need done.

2. Program set to immeidatley create account on Both sides of program, ( Membership side works correctly now, However it takes a few hours for Account to be created on EMail Marketer side)
3. MYSQL DATABASE Created to gather all emails that members send out. then Send them out using CRON in order that they were recieved.
4. Have sending time conformation emails sent to the member when their email is being processed. THe program generates the emails now they just need to be routed to the senders email address.
5. Remove the abilty for members to delete other members emails

I got this script from a partner and need help installing. I try to install the database to mysql and get tons of errors.
So I would need to upload the database to mysql which is a huge file like 300mb and also make the script work getting all the right extensions correct.

This is just a script and db install nothing more.
