The level ‘maker’ script is designed to build a level dynamically from a layout specified within a script file.

Levels are put together in the script editor, within the ‘level_controller.js’ script. We use an array of strings to store lines of level date like this:

level.Add(“aaaa__O__O__aaaa”);

Each letter represents a prefab that contains a level object, such as a platform or an enemy. When the level is parsed at runtime, it simply reads each line and each character then instantiates and positions the correct prefabs.

Structure

• \readme – This is the documentation folder for the components
• \deploy – This is the front-end, it contains all the files that you need to play your content. This contains the swf, html that embeds the swf and the xml file that controls the swf. You do not even need to have Flash installed to customise this component.
• \source – This is the source of the components. You do not need it unless you are a developer or need to edit something complex about graphics.

Geometry3D template v1

The Geometry 3D Template v1 is a full-Flash website that can be easily customized with XML . All FLA files are saved in Flash CS5 with AS3 .
For best results it is best that the site builder is familiar with the concept of modifying XML . The template comes with sample data which will make things easier for you as you go about changing its contents.

Navigation Menu
The navigation menu will automatically adapt to the number of swf files you insert in the website by editing the XML data.

Background Image
The background images are loaded from an external folder, this means that you can make your own background pictures.
The background is automaticaly resized to any screen resolution.
We also included a black gradient with different form that will create the idea of a single background image and depth feeling.

Fullscreen
This website will adapt to any screen resolution upper than 1024×768 no matter the size of the screen. In all sections the contents are going to get into the right position, as well as the header, footer and the background image.

HTML  formatting
All text contents can be formatted with HTML tags. Only the title on each page is formatted by the application. All these contents are supplied in the package file so you will get some examples of how to format your text. You can also add links and images in any content page.

Long Text
If the text doesn’t fit in his frame a scrollbar will be automatically added.
This way you’ll be able to scroll through all text. You can test this feature by resizing the browser window.

Image Gallery
With this website you can add pages with infinite images gallery (ex: portfolio page).
You can add or edit images by editing a XML file.
One important feature in the image gallery is that you can add excerpt (HTML text) with the miniature and full HTML content in the large
preview.

News Page
With this website you can add infinite articles to your news list. You can add or edit articles by editing a simple XML file. The news page is an external SWF file.

The subscribed users are added to an XML file by PHP , this XML file is never directly called by flash so it is securely stored. (Give the XML file a bizarre name and it will be even more secure)
