The implementation of features in WordPress themes.
In the process of working with WordPress I really did not like the organization of the footer sidebar, and columns in the content pages.
As the saying goes – “laziness is the engine of progress”. And indeed it is. Was too lazy to create multiple sidebars. Was too lazy to remember a lot of shortcodes, such as OneHalf, TwoThree, ThreeFifthLast, etc. Besides these shortcodes have had success only to full width pages, but as soon as this page appears sidebar, all at once to crumble as the columns have a fixed width. From here came the idea to make a jQuery plugin that would be able to easily solve such problems.
In resulting I made a simple to use but very useful plugin. This plugin is able to align the blocks horizontally in two different ways, as well as leveling the height of the blocks.
As a bonus, are ready to use, WP shortcodes to create columns in the content pages.
The Jigowatt Gallery for WordPress allows you to create customisable galleries and insert them into posts and pages. Its built upon WordPress 3.0’s Custom Post Types and Taxonomies making it easy to use and extend if you want to. Features include:

Adding Galleries
To add a gallery simply log in to your WordPress admin panel and click “Galleries” in the “Gallery Items” menu on the left hand side. The process is virtually identical to adding a post category so apply the same method here. Give the gallery a name, a description and a parent if you wish (galleries can be nested as demonstrated in the demo).
If you want to display a static thumbnail for your gallery rather than the default fading slideshow you can specify and image path here.
Adding images
To add an image to a gallery click “Add New” in the “Gallery Items” menu. Here you can select an image you’ve already uploaded or click “Upload a file” to upload a new image.
Next, use the “Galleries” panel on the right to specify which gallery you want to insert this image in to (again this functions in the same way as post categories).
Next input the image order. This defines which order the gallery will display your images in. E.G. image “1” will appear before image “2”. We recommend using increments of 10 for image orders, just in case you want to add an image between two others (15) at a later date.
Finally add the image description which will appear as a caption when a user enlarges an individual image via lightbox.
Outputting galleries with shortcodes
The gallery shortcode can be added to a post or page to output galleries – in its simplest form it looks like this [jigowatt_gallery]. It takes the following attributes:
id, name, or slug – which gallery you wan’t to output.size – (Default: gallery_thumbnail) The WordPress image size for thumbnails.fullsize – (Default: full) The WordPress image size for the full size image.columns – (Default: 3) How many columns. This controls ‘first’ and ‘last’ classes, the actual columns are controlled by css.orderby – (Default: meta_value) Order of images in the gallery.order – (Default: asc) Order of images in the gallery.animate_cat – (Default: yes) Whether or not to fade between images in a sub category.use_cat_thumb – (Default: yes) Whether or not to show sub category images.Other notes

The Paypal Trial and Subscription script is a PHP Paypal Payment API which allows you to setup a paypal subscription service for an item you have for sale on your website that is “information” based and doesn’t require shipping e.g. tutorial videos, ebooks etc. It is flexible enough to allow you to set a trial price, a trial duration in “months” and a regular selling price and billing cycle thereafter.
The script follows a two stage process.
1. The User submits their details via the paypal_subscription.html page. The details are then processed via the register.php script and written to the “Users” table of the MySQL db. The Paypal form is submitted.
2. The ipn.php script processes the Paypal payment details and, if successful, redirects the user to a thank_you.html page and updates the “Users” table to reflect a successful payment by setting the ‘Paid’ field to 1 and writing the Paypal Transaction ID and registration date.

A small patch
I left some alert by accident, that can be seen only in internet explorer.
Released an update for that bug, but till then, you can download a small patch with the fixed file.
This is an Advanced Carousel, fully controlled by the CMS .
No more xml files, image folders, image resizing, thumb making, by hand image uploading.
All of this you can do with the CMS .
Just play with the options yourself, refresh the gallery, and see how the changes affects it.
You can play with the images too (create/delete/rename categories, upload/delete/rename images).
Don’t worry, you are not harming the preview.
