AREX is a complete solution for Clinic / Doctor’s Office Management, it is designed to fully automate the process of managing a clinic, from staff creation to patients engagement with the clinic, to reporting, invoice creation, appointment request and management.

AREX also acts as Doctor’s Reservation System, which can be managed via the doctors themselves or their assistants, which serves real-life setup for clinics and doctors’ offices.

With AREX system patients will have access to their medical history anytime through their account, they can view or print it out any time. They will also have access to clinic announcements and their invoices too.

AREX makes life easier for patients, as they can opt-in for email notifications when they have new laboratory report uploaded to their account or when they have been queued for an appointment with the doctor.

With supervisor and admin accounts, users will be able to have full stats and reports of the system

AREX also respects patients privacy, as only the doctor and their assistant(s) can have access to their medical history.

The software will also cover another real life situation where a doctor/assistant will need to know how many patients are in queue for their requested date

The software also comes with language file foe easy translation to any language

Responsive framework – it’s HTML, CSS and JS framework for fast and easy development.

I developed most often meeting elements of design and I adapted them under mobile devices. All components of library conform to the W3C standard. Components don’t depend from each other. All animations of components are made by means of CSS 3 that removes dependence on js-library. One of advantages of a framework is a minimalist in a code. This plugin make use of high resolution SVG graphics, this means that the formations generated by this plugin are always crisp and clean on any device. Don’t worry about SVG support, with old browsers that don’t support the SVG standard ( 1% of the total, IE8 and old versions of the android browser ) the SVG images of the fields and players are automatically replaced with static raster PNG images as a fallback.

Drag & Drop Editor of Layouts

With the Layouts Menu you will be able to create the layouts of your formations ( e.g. 4-4-2, 5-3-2, 5-4-1 etc. ) with a drag and drop editor that allows you to create formations for soccer 11 vs 11, 7 vs 7, 6 vs 6, 5 vs 5 or whatever you want from 1 to 11 players.

Customizable Colors

The field and the players make use of dynamic SVG images generated by php, with the Options Menu you can customize the colors of the SVG images and create the perfect fields and players for your website, others options available in this menu allow you to change the typeface used for the name of the players and to set the vertical distance of the formations from the other elements of your page.

How to use/Installation

The system is very well organized and finding your way through isn’t meant to be hard!

After downloading you’ll find the following folders and files in the root directory:

1. App – contains the applications core files
2. Assets – contains javascript files, css files etc
3. Uploads – default location for all uploaded files
4. Index.php – calls the system
5. Redirect.php – redirect handler

Explanations

Inside the App Folder you’ll find the following

1. Config          – this folder contains the config.php file which contains all configurations
2. Classes – contains all classes, and for now the “controller.class.php” contains everything that’s required to run the App
3. Content – contains the content views for both the admin and site(frontend)
4. Database – contains the database connection file and or the “theme_data array“
5. Functions – contains function files
6. Autoloader – intializes the application

 

*Inside the Uploads folder you’ll find the screenshots folder, please use this location to store all template/project/item preview images

 

Quick Usage

If using a database, use the installer, otherwise open the “database.php file” located inside the App/Database/ folder and edit the information as fits your projects.
