Design All Visual Layout And Lettering For A Poem

I need a graphic designer who is able to take my poem and design all the visual, layout, border, lettering, etc. I will then take the soft copy for printing and framing. Additionally, I am thinking I want to incorporate a faded/watermark image of the person as well.

The poem is an acrostic poem, that is, the beginning letter of each line spells a person’s name.

WHEN THE PERSON CALLS THE CELL PHONE COMPANY TO REPORT THEIR PHONE LOST OR STOLEN THE CELL PHONE PROVIDER CAN ZAP THE PHONE TO TURN IT OFF AND ALSO ZAP IT TO WIPE IT CLEAN OF ALL DATA THAT IS ON IT. THATS THE BEST WAY I CAN EXPLAIN IT I DON’T HAVE ILLUSTRATIONS OR ANYTHING. I THINK THE ONLY WAY FOR THEM TO ZAP THE PHONE TO WIPE IT CLEAN IS TO HAVE THE IMEI NUMBER OF THE PHONE AND MAYBE THE SIM CARD NUMB TOO. I JUST WANT TO SEE IF SOME ONE CAN HELP ME OUT WITH THIS SOFTWARE IDEA I HAVE.
