Server Side Video Conversion

Ive already had bad experiences with programmers from this board who wish to do the project the way THEY want to , and not how We agreed originally.
1. I have a script that needs the ffmpeg server side conversion done.
I will purchase the sothink software. all you need to do is install the sothink conversion software on my server, and connect it with the script so surfers are able to upload their videos, and it gets converted and shown within the script.
I will need to see current examples of your work regarding this type of project ( not using an off the shelf clone script )
