Cakephp Project For Experts
Hello,
am looking for very good experienced cakephp team to develop a new website. Other known frameworks could be accepted, but need people very experienced able to develop this system in a very short time.
This is first project stage and must be finished in 35 days. Then there are other 3 stages to build a billing system and others pretty interesting. This project will only affect to the first stage and details listed in this description. Will open new projects for following stages.
We will provide web design and CSS you’ll integrate it. Public website must be accessible for common browsers since IE 6 version and mobile devices.
Have to develop a CMS in cakephp from scratch. Simple, minimalist and very easy to use to allow admins and editors focus on content management. AJAX it is a must. Has some special features like multilingual content, need users signup to offer services in a next stage or link with a blog, WordPress or other well known system are options.
Website must be easily scalable and use technics to make it possible: different levels of caching; class able to manage queries in a master/slave DB system forwarding insert queries to the master DB and others to slave system; etc.
In project description write CMSSTAGEONE as is. Bids failing give that will be ignored.

-Show me not less than 3 links and no more than 5 to applications you developed with suggested framework. I need access to admin sections. Explain what you did and something about them.
-how many people experienced in cakePHP could you assign to this project?

Project conditions
-Collaborationship agreement will be signed
-Customer doesn’t allow to use project in portfolio, all details must keep private
-Will keep full rights over the finished work, allowing to give to a third party, customer
-We’ll use some project management tool web based, you can suggest your favorite one
-System must be updated daily to our test server
-A daily report must be submitted by email and/or to the project management website
-Project specifications and prototype for first and second stage are the first tasks to be completed and delivered
-Load test are required
-Project documentation and user documentation must be delivered after finished
-Must help to deploy app in production server
-Payment will be done per milestones, when you reach a milestone and send invoice payment will be transfered to you account. No payments in advance or Escrow. If you not agree with this don’t waste your time, there are not exceptions.
