we are looking for somebody who is aware of psd to joomla 1.5.x and html to joomla 1.5.x.
we have dealt with quite a lot people in this business, and we are looking for someone who is capable of doing this slicing and programming to our full satisfaction. often we had several problems with the people not ecaxtly doing what we wanted, often not 100% perfect programming which needed to be overseen again and again. that is just time-consuming and not the way we want to handle our business.
so, if you are really good in what you are doing, and you are thinking further than the next step in creating our websites, you are our man (or woman).
