Page + 2 Forms +akismet Api
1 Page with multiple contact details (a team of people/states/suburbs) needs to be created using existing site db variables. The variables are controlled by an existing admin section.
2 forms are needed using the akismet api.
1st form is a contact form. Needs to work with akismet api using the PHP5Akismet Class. Some of the fields need to be validated. All data is to be stored in a MYSQL db. Some variables are to be taken from existing site db. Also using a honeypot to filter out spam.
