Simple SQL script

To delete orphan records in wp_term_relationships and wp_postmeta
for posts that no longer exist in wp_posts. It must not delete records needed by posts that stil exist. Please note only revision posts were deleted from wp_posts.

I need a second copy that deletes all posts that are marked as revision in wordpress AND cleans up wp_term_relationships and wp_postmeta.
