Website Needed – Simple Design

I need a simple 3 page web site built that will include a contact form page as well as have a live chat feature- the chat feature can be done with a 3rd party plugin or any free service you know of.

I have 2 competitors sites that I will show you so you can see what I want. This site will be advertised using google adwords.
