I need somebody to make a nice 6-9 second intro for our video presentation at:

this video presentation is a screen recording from Keynote and covers nutritional supplements and health advice (weight loss primarily)
since the program is called “choco slim” and we feature a cacao bean and an aztec look on the first slide, the intro could do that too.
a nice opening sound might also be needed.
the end intro should be delivered to in best quality h264 720p.
