You can include as many details as you like.
3) Researching your Niche Market
The points that should be covered here would include

Good Traffic
Acceptable Competition
High Commerciality
Elaborate more on each points and give practical tips on how to check for competition, how to see the google adwords to see if the targetted keywords are paying out good, how profitbale the market is etc.
