Elgg File Mod Upgrading
Elgg has file mod by default. I need this modified so that the files of type doc are
1) Indexed while uploading for searching
2) Keyword searchable with ranking by percentage match with keywords
3) Search feature to search tags, title and content
I will need to see it working on your test server before i make the payment
