Online/offline College Website
I need an experienced PHP/MYSQL programmer to develop an online college solution. The basic features would be
1. Students signup
2. Students admin page to keep track of progress, archive lectures/quiz etc
3. Online Lecture audio/chat
4. Exams timed/offline(quiz etc)
5. Admin page to maintain the college
6. A list of all the programs & some details listed on the index page.
I’m looking for the individual to have strong knowledge in PHP as well as designing the front end.
Please provide details on experience, demo(if you have worked on similar project) etc so that it would expedite the process.
