Referring Page Link
Insert the link from the CanLaw referring page to the form attached to this project so client does not have to copy and paste URL from page he want to put an ad on
For example when a client goes to http://www.canlaw.com/injury/injured.htm and clicks on the “Put Your Ad in front of” banner on the right side of that page, he will be taken to the attached file page.
Clients would generally be coming from the CanLaw page on which they want to put an ad and going to the order form.
BUT I want the link, to the CanLaw page, to be included in the order form automatically in the box labeled “On which CanLaw page do you want your banner ad placed?” so the client does not have to go back and get the url he wants his ad on.
