Set Up WordPress Blogs

i require someone to set up a wordpress account, a email account, and set up 4 wordpress blogs, one with a forum. all four are just 2 or 3 page wordpress blogs, no content no seo nothing like that required just set them up, its simple! hence the budget.
good for anyone with no rating and can do today.
