Self Replicating Website

We are looking for a company or person that has experience in creating or working
with replicating websites.
We currently have a self replicating website/program that needs to be uploaded
We then need to have the site tested to make sure all functions are working properly.
We then need to re-do the design and look of the website to match currently company and URL information.
