OVERVIEW: I require require programmer/graphic design team to enhance the appearance and function of an existing website: http://www.buzzoffbase.com
PROJECT: I need a reliable, talented, fast and honest PHP programmer/graphic design team to make improvements to my existing site.
I want to improve the overall look of the site so that it has a more professional appearance and improve the programming so that it operates more smoothly. I do not want to change the layout or design characteristics.
PROGRAMMING: I am looking for an expert in PHP and OS Commerce. You must provide references, a portfolio, and working demonstrations of other projects you have completed (both front and back end).
DEADLINES: You must be able to complete the project within 45 days or less of accepting the bid.
FEEDBACK: You must have 10 or more positive feedbacks and at least one positive feedback for a $1000+ project. I will not accept bids from companies with no feedback or negative feedback.
YOUR COMPANY: I will not accept bids from companies based in India.
PAYMENT: I will make payment upon successful completion of the project — absolutely no advance payment. I will not pay more than the accepted bid price. Delays will result in financial penalties. Failure to complete the project within 45 days of accepting the project will result in a 10% forfeiture of fees. Failure to complete the project within 60 days of accepting the project will result in a 20% forfeiture of fees. Failure to complete the project within 90 days of accepting the project will result in a 50% forfeiture of fees.
