Fix 3 Bugs In Drupal 6 Website

I need the 3 bugs shown in “screen_1.jpg”, “screen_2.jpg”, and “screen_3.jpg” to be fixed.
This is a Drupal 6 bug-fixing project. The Drupal login is:
username: Administrator
password: password
Please note that I cannot provide admin access to my server, which is why I have provided 100% of the source code in the above URL. The screenshots are attached to this post, too (but you must use the above URL to get my website & sql).
There are only 3 bugs to fix for this project. I doubt it will take you more than a few hours.
