My client needs help with patching application_top.php, he have several older creloaded websites but we tried patching according to:
http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/showthread.php?t=661312

but can not find the lines
$PHP_SELF = (isset($_SERVER[‘PHP_SELF’]) ? $_SERVER[‘PHP_SELF’] :
$_SERVER[‘SCRIPT_NAME’]);

and his sites are still vulnerable. Please bid ASAP!
